Co-Founders
Pete & Ashley Jones
Pete Jones, a multi-generational Baldwin County native, has traveled the world in his mechanical engineering experience in aeronautics, manufacturing, as well as security solutions and building technologies. Pete is the sole proprietor in Guardian Integrators, a small business he has owned since 2010. With a strong focus on his family and native roots, Pete is a farmer at heart and a servant leader in various ministries. He has served as Chairman of the Board for the Waterfront Rescue Mission, and a founding member of Christ Wesleyan Church where he served on the Board of Directors, as well as Chair of the Vision Committee. Pete also served as a 12-year core leader of a father- led Bible Study, Practice Ministries of Dallas, where he still serves on the Board of Directors. The University of South Alabama Health Systems “H. Peterson Jones Neuroscience Endowment Fund” was launched after Pete’s battle with a rare neurological disorder. Pete and wife Ashley lead this campaign in support of ground-breaking research at the same hospital that saved his life.
Ashley is also a local multigenerational native. She is an accomplished relationship sales and
marketing professional with 20 years of experience in the health care field, including 13 years of proven success in pharmaceutical sales. When her children were young, Ashley became a full-time mom volunteering in schools, church, sports, and was a dedicated community and ministry leader with years of experience planning, coordinating and directing non-profit organizations. She has served as the Teaching Director of Community Bible Study, Chairman of the Board for Mobile Ballet, Chair of Bayside Academy Parents in Prayer, Co-chair for the local chapter of Baylor University Parents in Prayer, Chair of numerous Waterfront Rescue Mission fundraising events, Parent Committee Member for Young Life, Founder and Board Member for Christ Wesleyan Church, as well as a member of the University of South Alabama Health Systems Development Committee.
You’ll often find both of them on the longtime family farm in Bay Minette or the waters of
Arnica Bay… but always with the children that fill their hearts: Peterson, Steadman, and
Augusta Lane. Three children who radically love Jesus and are just as dedicated to the mission and purpose of Solemn Vow.
